Email marketing for a multi-location brand.
The Challenge
The brand ran a once-a-week promotion, supported by in-store and digital campaigns.
The challenge was to reinforce awareness without overloading customers with frequent emails.
The Strategy
Instead of sending weekly emails, I implemented a monthly reinforcement strategy that anchored customer awareness while allowing other channels to sustain weekly visibility.
